industrial PhD entitled "Engineering and Applied Science on Energy
and Industry" between May and July of the next year (the date has
not yet been set) will announce the selection of: -- 7 funded positions for industrial PhD (to be held at the site of industry/institution financing - including TERNA, ENEA, ASM Terni, etc. - under the supervision of a university tutor) -- 1 funded position for an university PhD -- 2 positions (no funded) for university PhD (but you can work in the meantime). Several of these positions will also be open to students in Energy Engeneering (both already graduated and that will be graduate after the submission of the application within October of the next year). All Doctoral degrees will obviously be awarded by the "Sapienza" University of Rome. I suggest you to think about this possibility because, in Italy, the sensitivity of employers to the high qualification of young people obtained during a doctoral cycle is growing (Confindustria has provided economic incentives in this regard), while, outside Italy, the title of PhD is essential to access qualified jobs.
